Job summary

Isleta Resort & Casino in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Shift Lead for the C-Stores, responsible for opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining documentation for cash register starts and closes.

You will supervise staff in the Store Manager's absence, manage cash drawers, ensure policy adherence, stock, and assist in training new team members, while maintaining security and guest service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of sales associate experience at a convenience/travel center.
• Must obtain and maintain POIGRA gaming license.
• Pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Must obtain NM Alcoholic Beverage Service Certification.
• Must obtain POIGRA Alcohol Server License.
• Maintain Isleta Resort and Casino certifications.
• Flexible schedule; ability to work varied days/hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store personnel in the absence of the assistant manager.
• Handle cash and document transactional paperwork accurately.
• Manage cash drawer at shift start and close totals.
• Direct sales on shop floor and restock inventory.
• Ensure security of store assets and alarms are functioning.
• Train new staff and liaise with management.
• Communicate activities and issues to store management.
