Job summary

Whistle Express is seeking a Shift Lead to set the pace on the lot, lead the crew, and own the shift when management isn’t on-site. This is a hands-on leadership role with a fast pace and visible results, where you ensure the site runs smoothly, customers are engaged, and quality standards are met.

You will open and close the site, delegate tasks, monitor performance, and coaches teammates to uphold safety, efficiency and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a fast-paced team in a retail or service environment.
• Ability to greet customers, answer questions and upsell services.
• Strong commitment to safety and operational protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening/closing procedures and shift operations in the absence of site leaders.
