Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to partner with the Dispensary Manager in leading the store team. You will oversee daily operations, assist patients with product selection, and ensure inventory accuracy and security.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, training, and adherence to safety standards. A strong background in retail, dispensary operations, and cash handling is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Excellent computer and technical skills, including experience with web browsers, POS systems, and credit card processing terminals.
• Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, math, language, and reasoning skills.
• Comfort with cash handling and fractions/decimals.

Responsabilités

• Follow and uphold policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products and strains, train others with product knowledge.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate actions with Store Manager.
• Assist Patient Care Specialists in consultations to guide product choices.
• Receive deliveries, map to MJ Freeway, and report discrepancies.
• Lead opening/closing duties and ensure safety and compliance.
• Onboard and train new Patient Care Specialists in partnership with Store Manager.
• Ensure retail operations run smoothly, accurately, and in compliance.
