Job summary

Tim Hortons is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead and support the team during each shift, ensuring guests receive friendly, accurate service and a clean, welcoming environment.

You will work closely with managers to guide the floor, manage operations, and uphold Tim Hortons standards while developing leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment.
• People-first attitude with strong communication.

As an Hourly Shift Coordinator (HSC), you play an important leadership role during each shift, helping the team stay organized, supported, and focused on creating great guest experiences. You’ll work closely with the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Managers to guide the floor, support Team Members, and keep the restaurant running smoothly. This role is about steady leadership, clear communication, and showing up for both your team and your guests.

What You’ll Do

• Support the shift by guiding Team Members to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service in clean surroundings
• Lead the team on the floor by coaching, encouraging, and helping Team Members build confidence and skills
• Keep operations running smoothly by following cash controls, completing inventory checks, and receiving deliveries
• Uphold Tim Hortons® standards by leading by example and stepping in where needed to support the team

What You’ll Bring

Pay Range

$17.50 - $18.00 per hourActual pay varies based on experience, training, location, and other relevant factors. Where required by law, the posted pay range reflects the full range for the role in the relevant location. Hourly employees are eligible for overtime according to applicable federal, state and local laws, as well as Company policy.
