Job summary

Tim Hortons is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead the team during each shift and ensure smooth restaurant operation. You will guide Team Members, coach on the floor, and maintain strong guest service while upholding cash controls and inventory checks.

You’ll work closely with store leadership to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean, welcoming environment and you’ll participate in receiving deliveries and maintaining Tim Hortons standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in restaurants, retail or fast-paced environments is preferred.
• People-first attitude with strong communication and supportive approach.
• Confidence in motivating others and solving problems during busy shifts.
• Commitment to welcoming guest experiences and learning new responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the shift by guiding Team Members to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Lead the team on the floor through coaching and encouragement.
• Keep operations running by following cash controls and completing inventory checks.
• Receive deliveries and uphold Tim Hortons standards on the floor.
