Job summary

Alfred Coffee in Los Angeles is seeking a Full-Time Shift Lead at our Coldwater cafe. You will support daily cafe operations, uphold hospitality standards, coach team members, and ensure consistency in service and product quality.

This role partners with cafe leadership to manage shifts, guide staff, handle guest questions, and maintain clean, organized service areas while maintaining great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in cafe/restaurant preferred but not required.
• Hospitality-focused with guest experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Thrives in fast-paced, team environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Attendance and availability: min three shifts/week.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospitality during shifts and ensure service standards.
• Assist cafe leadership with operations and staffing decisions.
• Oversee daily cafe operations for quality and cleanliness.
• Maintain knowledge of offerings and train team.
