Avenues Recovery Center is seeking a shift supervisor for the first shift (7am-3pm) to provide day-to-day operational support to clinical teams, supervise BHTs, and ensure client safety and a welcoming recovery environment. The role emphasizes documentation, communication, and adherence to center policies.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED (CPR preferred) and a valid driver’s license; sobriety of at least one year if in recovery is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety required.
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.).
• Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment.
• Monitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff.
• Record and elevate any critical communication/incidents in a timely manner.
• Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support etc.).
• Oversee all BHTs on your shift and provide training and support.
