Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center is hiring a shift supervisor for the first shift (7am-3pm) at our rehabilitation facilities. This on-site leadership role supports admissions, transportation, meals, medications, supervision, and clinical operations to ensure smooth daily functions.

You will engage clients with warmth, enforce policies for safety, and supervise BHTs while coordinating shift activities and documentation. A positive recovery-minded professional is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.).
• Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment.
• Monitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff.
• Record and elevate any critical communication/ incidents in a timely manner.
• Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support etc.).
• Oversee all BHTs on your shift and provide training and support.
