Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in leading baristas to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead in preparation and serving of high-quality handcrafted beverages.
• Provide regular coaching and feedback on drink quality.
• Share product knowledge with customers and staff.
• Plan and deploy staffing to meet store needs.
• Open and close the cafe; ensure cleanliness and safety.
