CBD Kratom in Frisco/Stonebrook is looking for an Assistant Store Manager (Shift Lead) to lead daily operations, coach a small team of Doyens, and drive sales while upholding our brand standards and company culture.

You will role-model values, use a service-first mindset to hit goals, and develop the team through feedback and recognition. Must be 18+, have retail sales experience, leadership is preferred, and you should be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail sales experience is required.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, lift/move up to 15 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 60 lbs.
• A people person who is passionate about our products and company culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of Doyens during shifts while role-modeling company values and standards.
• Hit sales goals using a service-first mindset and coach team on consultative selling techniques.
• Master knowledge of cannabis and kratom to better guide customers.
• Develop the team through real-time feedback, clear goals, and celebrations of wins.
