CBD Kratom is seeking a Senior Store Manager to oversee growth and daily operations across three Houston stores. You will lead a high-performing team, champion brand loyalty, and enhance the customer journey in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

Qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maximizing business opportunities to drive key performance indicators. Constantly seeking ways for you, your team, and your store to improve.
• Training and developing your team in continuous learning, broadening overall knowledge of all things cannabis and kratom.
• Goal setting, coaching & providing feedback to the team. Celebrating outstanding performance, driving engagement, and motivating the team to bring out their best.
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales and productivity goals while guiding sales associates to realize their sales potential.
• Interacting with customers and ensuring your team engages with every customer through a consultative sales approach to help them find exactly what they're looking for, and doing so with a \"service first\" mindset.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous retail sales experience is preferred.
• Previous leadership experience required.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, lift/move up to 15 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 60 lbs.
