Job summary

RPM Pizza, a large Domino’s franchise, seeks a Part-time Assistant Manager for the Metairie location. The role leads shifts, delivers excellent customer service, and supports the General Manager in daily operations.

You will complete Domino’s and RPM training programs, including Pizza College courses, while supervising Team Members and ensuring brand standards. This position emphasizes leadership, scheduling support, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards, with opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older; 21 to drive.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing and team-oriented attitude.
• Completion of required RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
