Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a Lead Assembler to join the production team in New York. You will assemble parts, operate production equipment, and support leadership to ensure smooth and efficient production across shifts.

The role emphasizes quality, teamwork, and leadership within a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have a high school diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience and familiarity with handling a range of tools and technical drawings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of relative experience.
• Experience leading a shift or small team is preferred.
• Familiarity with hand tools and measurement instruments.
• Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, or schematics.
• Strong data handling and record-keeping aptitude.
• Good written communication with colleagues via email and docs.
• Dependability and solid work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and monitor product quality.
• Lead and organize daily production work requirements.
• Assemble parts per procedures and documentation.
• Use hand tools including screwdrivers and torque drivers.
• Conduct intermediate to complex testing of sub-assemblies.
• Serve as go-to team member for shadowing and problem solving.
• Perform other duties as required.
