Job summary

Five Guys is seeking a Shift Leader in Somerset, PA to lead daily operations and ensure exceptional guest service. You’ll work hands-on with the team, stepping in for on-site management, and drive a positive, fast-paced dining room culture.

You’ll balance supervision with hands-on roles across cashier, grill, prep, fries, and dining room, while coaching staff and maintaining brand standards. This role offers growth into leadership positions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred).
• A team-first mindset with strong communicationskills.
• Someone who leads by doing—not just directing.
• Ability to stay cool and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and comfort using POS systems.

Responsibilities
