Job summary

S&G Stores is seeking a Shift Lead to support the store manager by ensuring smooth operations and compliance with laws and policies while driving sales and protecting assets. You will lead excellent customer service, supervise associates, and partner with the Store Manager to maximize profitability.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, stand for long periods, and work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand for the shift.
• Able to perform repetitive physical tasks and withstand intermittent temperatures.

Requirements

• Retail experience / Customer Service Experience Required
• Able to occasionally lift 50 pounds.
• Able to frequently lift objects up to 10 pounds.
• Able to stand for an entire shift.
• Ability to periodically handle routine physical task such as climbing, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and/or pulling.
• Comfortable working in intermittent temperatures for short periods of time. e.g., in the store, outside, and in the cooler.
• Available to work carious shifts and days of the week as required by the retail environment, including weekends, evenings, and busy periods/holidays.
