Job summary

Marco's Pizza is seeking a Shift Lead to guide a fast-paced team, ensure top-notch service, and maintain cleanliness and food safety throughout each shift. You will interact with customers, take orders, and process payments while mentoring staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The role is part-time with compensation starting at $15 per hour plus tips. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, and prior leadership in food service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 6 months experience in related industry.
• Previous leadership experience in food service preferred.
• Ability to train and coach team members.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay is hourly starting at $15.00/hr plus tips! The pay rate is based on experience, ability to learn, and perform at a fast pace.

• Physical Demands: Applicant must be able to perform repetitive movements with hands, arms, and feet; stand for extended periods; walk frequently; and bend, twist, reach overhead, kneel, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting over 50 pounds.
