Job summary

Marco's Pizza is seeking a Shift Lead at our Broadlands location to energize the team, engage with customers, and ensure smooth operations during every shift. You will supervise staff, model fast and friendly service, and uphold all food safety standards in a fast-paced, pizza-focused environment.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience in the food sector, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in the specific industry (food service).
• At least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay is hourly starting at $15.00/hr plus tips! The pay rate is based on experience, ability to learn, and perform at a fast pace.

Responsibilities of a Shift Lead:

• Physical Demands: Applicant must be able to perform repetitive movements with hands, arms, and feet; stand for extended periods; walk frequently; and bend, twist, reach overhead, kneel, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting over 50 pounds.
