Job summary

Marco's Pizza is seeking a Shift Lead to guide a fast-paced team in a customer-facing role. You will motivate staff, oversee operations, and ensure food safety while delivering great pizza and service.

The role is part-time with an hourly start around $15 plus tips. Applicants must be 18+, with experience in the industry, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Evening and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in the food industry.
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 6 months experience in the specific industry.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.

Pay is hourly starting at $15.00/hr plus tips! The pay rate is based on experience, ability to learn, and perform at a fast pace.
