Job summary

Sud Stop Car Wash is seeking a dependable Shift Lead to join our Greenwood, SC site. Lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Attendants, ensure safe, efficient operation, and promote memberships to meet sales goals.

We value leadership, teamwork, and a commitment to excellent service. This role works outdoors in all weather, with opportunities for growth and internal promotions across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience (retail, hospitality, or service industry preferred)
• Customer service and/or sales experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Team-first mindset with the ability to lead by example
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outside for prolonged periods of time
• Weekend and holiday availability
• Car wash experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Attendants during your shift
• Ensure excellent customer service and a safe, efficient operation
• Train and coach team members to uphold Sud Stop standards
• Handle customer questions, feedback, and service recovery when needed
• Monitor daily operations, equipment, and cleanliness of the site
• Promote memberships and services to meet sales goals
• Work outdoors in all weather (on your feet, moving around)
