Job summary

Sud Stop Car Wash in Largo, FL is seeking a hardworking leader to train and supervise a team of Customer Service Attendants during shifts. You will ensure outstanding service, safety, and smooth daily operations outdoors in all weather.

The right candidate has prior supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or service, strong communication, and a team-first mindset. We offer comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with match, and growth opportunities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or service settings.
• Customer service and/or sales experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Team-first mindset with the ability to lead by example.
• Reliable transportation and physical stamina (lift up to 50 lbs).
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather; weekend/holiday availability.
• Car wash experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Attendants during your shift.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a safe, efficient operation.
• Train and coach team members to uphold Sud Stop standards.
• Handle customer questions, feedback, and service recovery when needed.
• Monitor daily operations, equipment, and cleanliness of the site.
• Promote memberships and services to meet sales goals.
• Work outdoors in all weather (on your feet, moving around).
