Job summary

Sud Stop Car Wash in Punta Gorda, FL is seeking a hands-on Shift Lead to supervise a team of Customer Service Attendants and deliver outstanding service in an outdoor setting. You will lead the shift, ensure safety and efficiency, and coach peers to meet Sud Stop standards.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and a customer-first approach, with opportunities to grow into higher responsibilities and a seasonal, rewarding work environment.

What You’ll Do

Lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Attendants during your shift

What We’re Looking For

Previous leadership or supervisory experience (retail, hospitality, or service industry preferred)

Customer service and/or sales experience

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Team-first mindset with the ability to lead by example

Reliable transportation

Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs

Comfortable working outside for prolonged periods of time

Weekend and holiday availability

Car wash experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!
