Job summary

Sud Stop Car Wash in Meridianville, AL is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise a team of Customer Service Attendants, ensure safe, efficient operations, and deliver on service goals.

You’ll lead by example, handle customer questions, monitor daily site health, promote memberships, and work outdoors in all weather. Weekend and holiday availability is required; car wash experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or service industry preferred.
• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Team-first mindset with the ability to lead by example.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Comfortable working outdoor and lifting up to 50 lbs; weekend/holiday availability.

What You’ll Do

Pay rate:$17.00-19.00 + bonus opportunities
