REVES is hiring a Shift Lead for our fast-paced smoothie and açai café in Red Bank, NJ. You will lead a small team, coach staff, and ensure every customer leaves with an outstanding experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in hospitality.

We're looking for someone who loves taking ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to bring out the best in a team.

As a Shift Lead, you're more than just the person in charge—you'll help create the energy of the café, coach the team, and make sure every customer leaves with an amazing experience. You'll lead by example, keep operations running smoothly, and jump in wherever you're needed.

What You'll Be Doing

No two shifts are exactly the same, but here's what you can expect:

• Lead and motivate a small team throughout your shift
