Responsibilities

• Run the shift when the GM is off the clock to maintain service levels.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and daily food prep.
• Route deliveries and keep drivers moving.
• Own cash drawers and daily paperwork for the shift.
• Maintain operational standards from start to finish.
