Your Pie in Norfolk, VA is seeking energetic crew members to join our team. You'll help deliver a welcoming guest experience, handle daily tasks, and support the general manager in running shifts with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assist the general manager in leading a team with integrity and a sense of purpose.
• Be reliable and punctual, ensuring shifts run smoothly.
• Provide ongoing direction, coaching, and training to crew members.
• Cash management: counting cash drawers and preparing bank deposits.
• Hold yourself and those you manage accountable to Your Pie brand standards.
• Help shifts operate smoothly and execute duties with pride and attention to detail.
• Ensure crew members follow all checklists, store rules and policies.
• Assist GM with weekly inventory counts, food orders, and employee shift scheduling as needed.
