Job summary

Hot Head Burritos is looking for an energetic Shift Lead to guide a fast-paced crew, drive great food quality, speed, and customer service, and own shift operations from opening to closing.

You'll train team members, coach performance, and help maintain a fun, safe culture while staying within brand standards.
