Hot Head Burritos in Springfield, OH is seeking a proactive Shift Lead to energize our fast-paced restaurant environment and guide a dedicated team to deliver great burritos and service.

You will supervise shifts, uphold quality and speed of service, manage opening/closing tasks, and train crew while fostering a fun, supportive culture. Must be 18+, authorized to work in the United States, and pass a background check.
