P. Terry's Burger Stand in Kyle, TX is hiring Managers/Shift Leaders to deliver a best-in-class guest experience and lead in both Back of House and Front of House. Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant experience.
• Ability to promote teamwork and develop others.
• Ability to lift 35-50 lbs.
• Shift availability including day, night and overnight.

Responsibilities

• Set up the stand including stocking stations, ordering, inventory, cash handling and food safety walk.
• Count inventory.
• Do deposits and count drawers.
• Ensure the stand is clean, locked and safe when closing.
• Be in charge of the stand when the GM is not present.
• Support the team and jump in where needed.
• Create a positive and proactive atmosphere with teamwork.
• Deliver great customer service and treat guests like family.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness.

Pay Range - $16 /hour to $ 22 /hour - depending on experience and certification level

Responsibilities

• Shift length can be 6-8 hours long.
