Job summary

Interstate Premier Facility Services Provider seeks a dedicated Shift Lead to oversee cleaning operations at client sites across the United States. You will lead a team, ensure quality and safety, and respond to issues to maintain high service standards.

This full-time role demands reliability and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Requirements include English fluency (Spanish a plus), physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to train and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, and disinfecting bathrooms, breakrooms, and other areas.
• Dusting and wet mopping floors.
• Removing trash and replacing liners.
• Training new employees as directed.
• Responding to emergency calls and resolving problems.
• Leading and motivating staff at assigned account.
• Managing multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
• Stocking supply closets and inspecting work areas.

Job tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, and disinfecting bathrooms, breakrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Responsible for the dust and wet mopping of floors.
• Responsible for the removal of trash and replacement of trash can linings.
• Responsible for training new employees as directed.
• Respond to emergency calls and resolve problems.
• Lead and motivate staff at assigned account.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
• Stocking supply closets and inspecting work areas.
