Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Shift Leader for our Coastal Carolina store at 201 Graduate Road, Conway, SC 29526. You will be the captain of our bakery during your shift, leading the team, delivering great service, and upholding standards.

Responsibilities include managing operations, baking, cashiering, and ensuring safety and cleanliness while motivating the Cookie Crew. The role requires 1 year of customer service experience, POS experience, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in a customer service focused role.
• Point of Sales systems experience.
• Outstanding communication, time management, and people skills.
• Outgoing, friendly and patient demeanor.
• Detail oriented and results oriented.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate others.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.

• Provide incredible customer service and quality products to all guests.
• Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift and coaching team.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the Cookie Crew.
• Support and work alongside the Cookie Crew.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment and adhere to safe food handling practices.
• Manage cash handling and deposits.
