Nothing Bundt Cakes in Columbus, OH seeks a Shift Leader to join our team and help bake better guest experiences. You will work alongside the Assistant Bakery Manager and Bakery Manager to lead teammates, drive daily operations, and deliver a warm, welcoming environment that reflects NbC standards.

You will coach staff, ensure productivity, and contribute to sales and profitability while upholding brand culture. Flexible shifts, weekend availability, and a passion for hospitality are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1-3 years of guest-facing experience in a retail, restaurant or food service environment, preferably in a lead role with progressive managerial responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success creating a superior guest experience and coaching others to the same, training new team members, directing the work of others, and achieving productivity goals.

The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Shift Leader works alongside the Assistant Bakery Manager and Bakery Manager and team members to create the highest-quality cakes, a warm, welcoming environment, and superior guest experience.

The Shift Leader shares in team leadership and collaborates with the bakery management in driving sales and profitability, executing day-to-day responsibilities and ensuring that all aspects of the bakery operation comply with NbC standards. And as part of this successful and growing brand, there is no shortage of opportunities for promotion. Education, Certifications and Work Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.

Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, based on changing business demands.
