Insomnia Cookies, LLC is seeking a Shift Leader for our East Atlanta store at 1271 Glenwood Ave SE, Atlanta, GA 30316. This role focuses on leading the night shift with a hands-on approach to baking, order fulfillment, and customer engagement.

The Shift Leader will oversee shift flow, coach team members, and ensure a fun, productive environment that delivers Insomnia’s famous warm cookies all day and late into the night.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery operations during shift, ensuring smooth flow of orders and timely service.
• Bake items and assist customers with a friendly, high-energy leadership presence.
• Monitor shift performance, train team members, and maintain quality and cleanliness standards.
