Insomnia Cookies, LLC invites applications for a Shift Leader to oversee bakery operations during night shifts and beyond. You will supervise a fast-paced team, ensure orders are fulfilled with warmth and accuracy, and maintain high standards of service in a busy late-night environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, mentoring staff, and delivering an exceptional guest experience while keeping safety and quality at the forefront.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service focused role.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products to guests throughout their bakery visit.
• Support store leadership by keeping shift operations smooth, communicating key information, monitoring efficiency, and coaching team members.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the cookie crew team.
• Support and work alongside the Cookie Crew.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment and adhere to safe food handling practices.
• Handle cash and deposits efficiently.

WHAT WILL I DO AS A SHIFT LEADER?

• Provide incredible customer service and quality products to all of our guests throughout their experience within our bakeries
• Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift, communicating pertinent information, monitoring production efficiency, holding the team accountable to company standards and procedures, and assisting in the training and coaching of team members
• Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the cookie crew team
• Support and work alongside the Cookie Crew
• Provide a safe, clean, working environment for our guests and staff and adhere to safe food handling practices
• Manage cash handling and deposits

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• At least 1 year of working experience in a customer service focused role
