Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Shift Leader for our Bloomington, IN store at 430 E Kirkwood Ave to oversee daily operations during the night shift. You will lead a small team, bake cookies, assemble orders, and ensure fast, friendly service to our customers.

You will exemplify ownership of the night business, train teammates, handle customer interactions, manage workflow, and contribute to a fun, productive atmosphere in a rapidly growing brand.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team during busy shifts.
• Ability to bake and prepare items.
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift during night hours and oversee staff.
• Bake cookies and assemble orders as needed.
• Engage customers with friendly service and upsell where appropriate.
• Own and optimize the night operations to ensure smooth store performance.
