Job summary

Aireon LLC seeks a Supervisor, Shift II to lead 24/7 production of Synthetic Natural Gas and related products. The role requires directing shift personnel, planning outages, and ensuring regulatory and safety compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in operation/maintenance of a processing, manufacturing, and/or power plant.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, schedules, trains, and directs first-line operations personnel to ensure safe, reliable production.
• Establishes performance expectations, coaches staff, and manages resources.
• Plans major equipment outages and turnarounds with supervision and safety in mind.
• Monitors plant systems, directs adjustments, and responds to abnormal conditions per SOPs.
• Ensures staffing, turnover, and shift continuity; coordinates with maintenance for isolation and safe work,
