Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years in operation/maintenance of processing, manufacturing, and/or power plant.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory or leadership experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs first-line operations personnel for safe, reliable production.
• Coordinates schedules, training, and performance feedback under a union framework.
• Plans outages and turnarounds with supervision for regulatory and safety compliance.
• Monitors plant conditions, directs adjustments, and responds to abnormal operations.
• Oversees maintenance coordination and safe isolation of equipment for work.
• Ensures shift turnover, staffing, and timely reporting of events and priorities.
• Drives safety, training, and regulatory compliance across shifts.
