Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years in operations or maintenance of a processing, manufacturing, or power plant.
• Minimum 2 years successful experience in a supervisory or leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, and directs operations personnel across shifts.
• Coordinates daily maintenance work with maintenance personnel.
• Ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
