Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant operations is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 5-10 staff members during shifts (servers, bartenders, hosts, runners).
• Oversee guest seating, order flow, and dining experience.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and upscale appropriately.
• Ensure all service standards are met (timing, accuracy, cleanliness).
• Monitor table turnover rates and adjust staffing as needed.
• Open or close the restaurant according to checklist standards.
• Count drawers, and reconcile cash.
• Verify health & safety compliance during service.
• Communicate with kitchen staff on timing and special requests.
• Assist with expediting.
• Assist with Bartending.
• Train new staff on service procedures and POS system.
• Coach team members on performance and customer service.
• Report issues to General Manager in real-time.
• Support scheduling needs when requested.
