Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s in Owensboro, KY is seeking a Shift Manager to support the General Manager by leading shifts, driving sales, and delivering outstanding Guest and Team service.

You’ll implement procedures, train Team Members, follow policies, and ensure the restaurant operates safely, efficiently, and with a positive culture that reflects our core values of integrity, service, excellence, and courage.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
• Basic math skills required for daily operations.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Building sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction and managing restaurant operations.
• Escalating concerns or recommendations with the restaurant, employees or Guests to the General Manager.
• Ensuring policy and procedures are followed on shifts; Training Team Members on Company operations, policies and procedures and Guest service.
• Identifying and responding to complaints and policy violations.
• Helping ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for our employees and Guests.
