Job summary

Club Demonstration Services, part of Advantage Solutions, is seeking a Shift Coordinator to support daily store operations and Costco event demonstrations in Wisconsin. You will help with opening/closing, ensure safety and product quality, and actively promote and demonstrate products to shoppers.

This role includes training, potential for growth, weekend shifts, and flexible hours. Join a team dedicated to excellent customer service and engaging product education.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.
• 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment.
• Able to set up and remove carts, equipment and supplies for demos.
• Engage Costco members through product demonstrations and education.
• Assist with food safety, sanitation, and daily safety inspections.

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening and closing operations for events.
• Support adherence to warehouse standards for safety, customer service, and product quality.
• Promote and demonstrate products to customers during demos.
• Serve as a role model and resource for staff during shifts.
