Job summary

Club Demonstration Services is seeking a Shift Coordinator to help shape in-store event experiences. You will assist with daily store operations and opening/closing for events while ensuring safety, product quality, and cleanliness across the sales floor.

The role emphasizes engaging customers during live demonstrations, supporting staff, and modeling professional conduct. Training is provided; experience is welcome but not required, with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic interaction with customers and management.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Available to work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand up to 6 hours.
• Able to support demos, ensuring carts and equipment are set up and removed properly.
• Commitment to safety and sanitation in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and opening/closing for events.
• Support adherence to warehouse standards for safety, customer service, product quality and cleanliness.
• Promote and demonstrate products to Costco members during demos.
