Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring a Shift Coordinator to support Costco demo events and daily store operations. You will help open/close events, set up demo carts, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and product quality. Engage customers through demonstrations and education, driving positive shopper experiences.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; 18+ age, reliable transportation, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are needed. This role offers opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand up to 6 hours.
• Support demo events, setup and cleanup of carts and equipment.
• Engage Costco members through product demonstrations and education.
• Assist with food safety, sanitation, and daily safety inspections.
• Have reliable transportation to the work location.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and opening/closing for events.
• Promote and demonstrate products to influence buyer behavior.
• Support adherence to warehouse standards for safety and cleanliness.
