Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Shift Coordinator to support daily store operations for Costco event demos. You will assist with opening/closing, ensure safety and cleanliness, and promote products through engaging demonstrations.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. The role is part-time with 2–3 shifts weekly, including weekends, and offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic demeanor for customer interactions.
• Willingness to learn and follow training.
• Able to work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to the work site.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations for events.
• Open and close operations for events.
• Support adherence to warehouse standards (safety, cleanliness, product quality).
• Serve as a role model and resource for staff.
• Educate customers and demonstrate products during demos.
