Advantage Solutions is seeking a Shift Coordinator in Omaha to assist with daily store operations and event setup. You’ll open and close for events, support safety and cleanliness, and serve as a resource for staff while engaging customers about products.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; candidates must be 18+ and able to lift 50 lbs. This role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for up to 6 hours.
• Support demo events and maintain cleanliness.
• Demonstrate safety-conscious behavior in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and event setup.
• Open/close operations for events.
• Educate customers and promote products during demos.
• Ensure carts, equipment and supplies are properly set up and removed.
• Provide reliable customer service and work well in a team.
