Job summary

Club Demonstration Services is seeking a Shift Coordinator to assist with daily store operations and event-based duties. You will open and close operations for events, promote products through demonstrations, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided to help you succeed. This role involves working 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends, with opportunities for additional hours.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable interacting with customers and management.
• 18 years or older required.
• Available to work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Able to prep, cook, and clean work area and equipment.
• Support demo events and ensure carts/equipment are set up and removed properly.
• Engage Costco members through product demonstrations and education.
• Assist with food safety, sanitation, and daily safety inspections.
• Reliable transportation to work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Safety-first mindset in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Open and close operations for events.
• Support adherence to warehouse standards for safety, customer service, product quality, operations and store cleanliness.
• Serve as a role model and resource for staff.
• Influence buyer behavior through customer education and product demonstrations.
