Job summary

Advantage Solutions in Hawaii is seeking a Shift Coordinator to support daily store operations and events, including opening and closing duties. You will assist with customer education, product demonstrations, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards while coordinating with management and staff.

No prior experience required as we provide training and opportunities for growth; must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and opening/closing for events.
• Support adherence to warehouse standards for safety, product quality, operations and store cleanliness.
• Demonstrate products and educate Costco members during demos.
• Prepare, cook, and clean work area and equipment as needed.
• Assist with demo events, ensuring carts, equipment and supplies are set up and removed properly.
• Engage customers through product demonstrations and education.
• Support food safety, sanitation, and daily safety inspections.
