Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Shift Coordinator to help run daily store operations, open and close events, and maintain safety and quality standards. You will model best practices, engage customers, demonstrate products, and support education efforts to drive buyer interest.

No prior experience required; training is provided. You will interact with customers and management in a friendly, energetic manner, lift up to 50 lbs, and work a flexible schedule with potential for additional hours and

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment.
• Enjoy helping customers and management with product demos.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing for events.
• Support adherence to safety, quality, service and cleanliness standards.
• Demonstrate products and educate Costco members during demos.
• Set up and remove carts, equipment and supplies for demo events.
• Engage customers and team members to promote and demonstrate products.
