Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Shift Coordinator to support daily store operations, including opening and closing for events. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and ensure safety and cleanliness while adhering to company standards.

No prior experience required as training is provided; $17.50 per hour with opportunities for advancement and additional hours. You’ll join a team that values customer service, teamwork, and a safety-first mindset in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Ability to engage customers and management with enthusiasm.
• Comfort with lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for several hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and event setup.
• Open/close operations for events and ensure safety compliance.
• Serve as a resource and role model for staff while promoting products.
• Engage Costco members through product demonstrations and education.
• Support food safety, sanitation, and daily safety inspections.
