Sephora is seeking an Inventory Control Associate at the Mississippi Distribution Center in Olive Branch. You will perform a range of inventory control tasks to support receiving, picking, replenishment and shipping, using specified processes and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include cycle counts, locating and tracking products, audits of packed orders, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires basic math, ability to multi-task, and a detail-oriented mindset in a fast-paced DC

Formación

• Previous distribution/warehouse experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Perform inventory control activities including overflow/cycle counts and researching missing product.
• Respond to questions from co-workers about product location and status.
• Conduct audits on packed orders to ensure quality.
• Perform slotting and cubiscan activities for Retail Operations.
• Prepare special promotional packages and gift bags.
• Inventory and track samples for Dotcom orders.
• Follow safety rules and company procedures; wear proper work attire.
• Maintain regular attendance and flexibility for shifts and overtime.
