Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking a Full-Time Shift Coordinator for our residential programs in Covington, LA. You will apply client rehabilitation strategies and supervise activities to promote daily living, recreation, and vocational success.

The role involves implementing behavioral training, modeling positive behavior, assisting residents with ADLs, transporting residents, and maintaining thorough documentation. Housekeeping duties are also part of the job.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Implements facility wide behavioral training as well as individual behavioral protocols, completing the necessary documentation.
• Models appropriate behavior and provides positive reinforcement and corrective feedback daily.
• Assists residents in ADLs (bathing, transfers, toileting, and physical assistance) and participates in physical, vocational and recreational activities.
• Transports residents to medical appointments, vocational, recreational, educational activities in the community.
• Completes all daily required documentation (behavioral data, token exchanges, shift summaries, house charts, checklists, medication administration records, incident reports).
• Completes all housekeeping chores (laundry, vacuuming, dusting).

We are searching for a Full -Time Shift Coordinator to work in our residential programs located in Covington, LA. A Shift Coordinator applies client rehabilitation strategies, and maintains responsibility for providing minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote our clients' success in tasks associated with daily living, recreational activities, and vocational pursuits.
